This page contains campus policies added or updated in the last 12 months.  It also provides information on currently open comment periods for both campus and systemwide policies.

New Campus Policies

The following policies have been recently approved and added to the Campus Policy Library:

Office of Environment, Health & Safety

 Revised to align with current California law, including: formal prevention plan, mandatory training, centralized reporting portal, updated definitions.
Campuswide Administrative Policy Management 1/1/26

Chancellor's Office

 Updated to clarify how campuswide policies are developed, reviewed, approved, and maintained.  Notable changes include: clearer procedures and definitions, defined governance structure, and campus comment period.

Rescinded Campus Policies

The following policies have recently been rescinded and are no longer in effect.  These policy pages will be removed from the policy library one year after the date rescinded.
