Re: Delegation of Authority - Controlled Substances Program (Business and Finance Bulletin BUS-50)
In accordance with BUS-50 - Controlled Substances Program, Section IV Responsibilities http://policv.ucop.edu/doc/3520503/BFB-BUS-50, I am delegating to you in your role as Senior Buyer the Power of Attorney to obtain and execute order forms for controlled substances.
In accordance with BUS-50, section IV.D, and the attached Power of Attorney for DEA Order Forms, you are designated the responsibility of procuring Controlled Substances, Listed and Precursor chemicals for Authorized University Activities in compliance with DEA registrations, the location's Controlled Substances Program, and University/Laboratory policies.

This authority is effective immediately and may not be further redelegated. This authority is automatically rescinded upon your leaving your position as Senior Buyer in Supply Chain Management.
