Delegation of Authority - Authority to Adopt Traffic Regulations
Effective immediately, I am redelegating DA 0303 to you as Vice Chancellor of Business and Administrative Services1. You are authorized to adopt traffic regulations governing the use of driveways, paths, or grounds on campuses or other facilities owned or administered by The Regents as authorized by Vehicle Code Section 21113.
This delegation of authority may be redelegated further. Please see the attached redelegation form.
