Re: Delegation of Authority 2659 – Affirming Authority to Serve as Authorized Signatory for Environmental Laws and Related Requirements
Pursuant to Presidential Delegation of Authority 2659 regarding Environmental Laws and Related Requirements, dated March 6, 2025, I am redelegating to your role as Vice Chancellor Administration the following authority for serving as authorized signatory for environmental laws and related requirements.
Effective immediately, I delegate to you the role of authorized signatory on any permits, licenses, applications, or registrations necessary to comply with state and federal environmental laws and related requirements.
