Re: Delegation of Authority 2661 – Execution of Agreements
Pursuant to Presidential Delegation of Authority 2661 regarding Execution of Agreements dated June 13, 2025, I am redelegating to your role as Associate Vice Chancellor for Capital Strategies the authority to negotiate and execute various agreements required with outside organizations in connection with property management of the campus’ real property and in connection with the filming program.
Any redelegation of authority shall be in writing, with a copy to the Campus Delegations of Authority Coordinator. If you have any questions or concerns, contact the Campus Delegations of Authority Coordinator at contactdelegations@berkeley.edu.
This delegation is effective immediately and supersedes Vice Chancellor Lalanne’s February 17, 2015 Delegation of Authority 1058 (Property Management) and Vice Chancellor Denton’s February 2, 2004 Delegation of Authority 1058 (Filming Program).
