New policy proposals
For Policy submissions to the CERC Policy Subcommittee, documents must conform to the campus template, including the appendix, for new proposals and or revised proposals. A Policy Proposal Form must also be included.
Proposed policy revisions
For policy revisions, a redlined copy of the proposed policy changes should be submitted to the Policy Coordinator at ucbpolicy@berkeley.edu.
Submission to Policy Coordinator for review by CERC Policy Subcommittee
The Policy Coordinator will review submitted proposal for technical and substantive changes, and check that key stakeholders have been consulted.
Once the Policy Coordinator has determined that a new or revised policy is ready to move forward to the CERC Policy Subcommittee, it will be added to the next committee agenda. Typically there is one month lead time between submission to the Policy Coordinator and review by the CERC Policy Subcommittee.
