Re: Delegation of Authority 0131 - Licenses for Radioactive Materials
Effective immediately, I redelegate DA 0131- Licenses for Radioactive Materials to you as Executive Director - Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) to act for me in regard to the licensing and regulation of radioactive materials.
This redelegation of authority supercedes all previous redelegations on this matter and will remain in force through the tenure of future Vice Chancellors for Research and EH&S Executive Directors - until amended or revoked in writing. Attached for your information is the Office of the President’s initial letter of delegation to Chancellors dated November 23, 1966 also accessible at http://policy.ucop.edu/files/da/da0131.html
