Brief description of delegated authority: approve and execute, after consultation with UC Legal and the UCOP Office of Research and Innovation: (i) any documents reasonably required to join the University Technology Licensing Program, LLC (UTLP), consistent with the terms and conditions of the Regents approval; and (ii) any modifications, addenda, or amendments thereto, provided such amendments or other documents are materially consistent with the terms and conditions as set forth in the Regents approval.
