Brief description of redelegated authority: Serve as Chancellor’s designee, with respect to the area of control of the Vice Chancellor - Student Affairs, for enforcing the regulation, in Section 231 of Berkeley Campus Regulations Implementing University Policies, that “University facilities may not be used for any fund-raising or commercial purpose without the express approval of the Chancellor or the Chancellor’s designee.”
